We are excited to share the hard work of our crew and non-profit partner Colorado Mountain Club, the short documentary film Snow Rangers!
This short educational documentary follows the intrepid Snow Rangers of Southwest Colorado as they navigate the sweepingly beautiful (often dangerous) world of the Rocky Mountains, backcountry ski up (and down) mountains, and manage the impacts of rapidly burgeoning winter recreation in the wilderness.
It was no small feat as our small, but mighty crew followed these rangers for several days on skis, snowshoes, and more as they showed us around their corner of the Colorado mountains. We battled altitude, changing snow and weather conditions, the beautiful and harrowing mountain passes, and the limitations of our body and fitness to tell this story. We hope that you give it a watch!
This film was officially selection in the Backcountry Film Festival. Click here to learn more about this project and how to get involved.
